Your first visit
What should I bring?
Just yourself, in workout clothes. We provide towels (you’re welcome to bring your own), water, showers and a quick walkthrough of every service.
How long does a visit take?
Anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how much recovery time you want. A single service takes 10 to 30 minutes. Trying all six usually takes 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Is this a spa?
No. INSPIRE is Gilbert’s Recovery & Performance Center. People come to recover from hard training, long work weeks and busy family schedules, then keep going.
Is the cold plunge hard for first-timers?
It’s cold, and the first 30 seconds are the hardest. Our plunge holds at 52°F. Start with 30 seconds to a minute and slow, steady breathing, and we’ll walk you through it.
I’m pregnant or have a health condition. Can I still come?
Check with your doctor before using heat, cold or any of our services, and tell us before your session so we can help you choose what fits.
How do I book?
Book online with any “Claim your Day Pass” or “Book your first visit” button on this site, or text us at 480-674-9390. Texting is fastest; callers, choose option 3.
Pricing and memberships
What does it cost?
Any single foundational service is $15. A Day Pass for all six is $49. Memberships are $75/month for Student Athletes, $99/month for Individuals and $299/month for Families. See memberships.
Day Pass or single sessions?
If you’re trying four or more services, the $49 Day Pass is the better deal.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
You can pause for up to 3 months. There’s no sign-up fee and no cancellation fee; dues renew monthly unless you cancel 30 days before your renewal date.
Do you accept FSA and HSA cards?
Yes, we accept FSA and HSA cards.
What does the Family membership cover?
Full access to all six foundational services for up to five people in your household. Need to add more? Contact us for pricing.
Premier services
How much is massage?
60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $110, 2 hours $145. Foundational members save 10%. Learn about massage.
